 Message from The Executive Director

 Executive Director refer to Born and brought up in rural surroundings in the Pratapgarh district of Uttar Pradesh. He has achieved his basic education form primary school, Bhupiamau, Pratapgarh. He got his secondary education from P.B. Inter College, Pratapgarh. He Post Graduated from Allahabad University in 1987. 

He decided to be teacher and joined P.B. Degree College as a lecturer Zoology from July 1987 to August 1996. During his job as a lecturer he completed his Teacher Training in First Division and M.Ed. from H.P. University, Shimla and joined Ph.D. from Dr. R.M.L. University, Faizabad. He successfully completed his Ph.D. on tribal children of Society in 2005. At the same time he joined Heera Lal Yadav Balika Degree College as a lecturer in the Department of Teacher Education (B.Ed.).

 In 2007 he has been assigned a new challenge as a Executive Director of Heera Lal Yadav Balika Degree College, Lucknow. He joined the post on 01-07-2007. Since then he has been working as a path maker and guiding the Institution in right direction. A hardworking deligent and friendly behaviour always attracts to others.
